The exquisite cuisine, wines and spirits enjoyed at Villa Mozart reflect Chef Andrea Pace's decades of experience and intense passion for serving his patrons only the best.

Chef Pace began his extensive career at The Excelsior Culinary Institute in Merano Italy. After earning his chef's diploma, he received his first job with the famous Michelin Master Chef Andrea Helriegel at the Villa Mozart Restaurant there in Merano. Since then his journey has spanned over 24 years and has brought him from Italy to the USA.

In 1986, Chef Pace came with Master Chef Helriegel to New York City's famous il Palio Restaurant. In 1995, he accepted the job of executive chef at Trattoria Dopo Teatro off Broadway, where he continued to dazzle diners and critics with his culinary talents. Then, in 2001, Chef Pace was recruited to the Executive Chef position at Café Milano of Georgetown, where he catered to many world famous presidents, actors, singers, ambassadors and models. Since then, he has been successfully pleasing the palates of patrons with his culinary marvels at Fiore di Luna in Great Falls.

As a natural extension of his love for the area, Chef Pace has made Northern Virginia his new home. Here in the heart of Fairfax, he is opening his life's dream, a restaurant of his own, and is bringing his world famous culinary skill as well as his smiling and personable demeanor to make it a success.
